Based on recent feedback from new sewists, the written instructions have now been clarified and expanded to better support those learning at home.

5️⃣ Apple ID Login Issues Affecting File Access

If you purchased using Apple ID and are unable to download your files due to access permission issues, please note that I’m unable to send files via email. Unfortunately, Etsy’s system will still show them as ‘not downloaded,’ which can cause issues with order processing and refunds.

To avoid this, I recommend creating an Etsy account with an email instead of using Apple ID. All digital files must be downloaded directly from the Etsy website using the account that was used for the purchase. If the issue persists, please contact Etsy Customer Support for further assistance.
