My daily routine typically involves searching for useful pouch designs, creating patterns based on the materials I find, and researching the best sewing methods through multiple rounds of sampling, which fills up about half of my process. Once I complete these steps, the other half consists of video recording, creating instructions, and taking and editing pretty photos for social media.

Of course, some days can feel a bit tedious. Haha!

It’s necessary to repeatedly try different methods to achieve perfection in making the same product. I've come to realize that the fact I can’t share every step of the pattern-making process with all of you reflects the limitations of my current business model, which focuses on creating nearly perfect patterns and instructions to make sewing easier for my customers at SewingStroll.

These days, while social media is quite active, I don’t consider myself very tech-savvy... managing my Shopify, Instagram, and TikTok accounts can feel overwhelming.😂!

Nevertheless, I do plan to continue sharing my work on social media, though it's not always easy! That said, I decided to create Molly and Sophie to show that even with the same pattern, you can use different methods to sew.

These two projects essentially start from the same design but are sized differently, so the making process is quite similar.
You can learn a lot from either project you choose, but I designed them with the goal of broadening your perspective on sewing if you try making both.
